Annual General Meetings
The annual general meeting is Coor's highest decision-making body, where shareholders exercise their voting rights. In addition to general meetings, an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) can also be convened.
About Coor's Annual General Meetings
Coor will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Stockholm before the end of June each calendar year. Extraordinary General Meetings will be convened as needed. According to the company’s Articles of Association, notice of a General Meeting shall be published in the Post- och Inrikes Tidningar and on Coor’s website.
The notice will also be published in Svenska Dagbladet. Prior to each General Meeting, Coor will publish the full notice in a press release in both Swedish and English.

Coor’s AGM 2026 will be held in Solna on 24 April 2026.
