Coor is present at thousands of companies across the Nordic region and understands which trends are emerging, as well as the developments that influence how people work, how properties are used and how organisations create value.
Join the Workplace Revolution is the concept behind the survey we conduct each year on a current theme. The result is a report that highlights and brings together insights from research, the market and Coor’s operational experience. The report is based on research, experience and external analysis, and it is one way for Coor to drive the dialogue about the future of working life and create value beyond the services we deliver.
The purpose is to contribute knowledge, perspectives and inspiration. We want to describe the change, but also help organisations and decision-makers understand it, navigate it and put it into practice. Join the Workplace Revolution will not give you answers to every question, but it can help you ask the most important ones.

About this year's report
This year's Join the Workplace Revolution report explores how artificial intelligence is transforming Real Estate and Facility Management across the Nordics. The report examines how AI is being used in practice today, the opportunities it creates, and the challenges organizations need to address as they shape the workplaces of the future.
The findings are based on a Nordic study of 1,000 respondents, including 500 Real Estate and Facility Management decision-makers and 500 office employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The survey results are complemented by expert workshops, interviews, and industry perspectives to provide a deeper understanding of AI's impact on the workplace.
